to the arrival of its next form.
You do not need to send the textile at first. We review photos of the whole piece and areas of concern, then explain possibilities, questions, and next steps.

Consultation & review
01 / CONSULT
Consult with photos
Send photos showing the entire textile, patterns, tags, and any wear, together with what you wish to preserve and how you hope to use it.
02 / DIRECTION
We propose a direction
Based on the available area, condition, character, and your wishes, we outline possible forms and what must be checked in person.
03 / CHECK
We receive the textile
After the initial consultation, we provide shipping instructions and inspect strength, wear, cleanliness, and usable area.
Photos alone cannot confirm feasibility or the final price. Please send the textile only after receiving shipping instructions.
STEP 04
Confirm details, cost & timing
After inspection, we explain the intended result, specifications, making cost, additional work, shipping, and estimated timing. Work begins only after your approval.

STEP 05
Making, finishing & delivery
The PSNY Atelier makes the piece to the agreed specifications. On completion, we confirm the finish and shipment, then deliver the textile in its new form.
If inspection reveals wear or additional work that was not visible in photos, we consult you again before making. We never change specifications or cost without confirmation.
