IN YOUR QUOTE

What your estimate includes

Intended result

Item, size, specifications, and pattern placement.

Cost

Making, additional work, and shipping shown separately.

Estimated timing

Expected schedule from receipt to completion.

Remaining textile

Return of remnants or possible additional making.

If inspection reveals wear not visible in photos, we consult you again before making.

ACCEPTANCE & SAFETY

Acceptance & safety

Future safety matters as much as preserving memories. After the photo consultation, we inspect the textile before confirming feasibility.

Textile condition

We check age, stains or odor, tears, fiber strength, and usable area. Some textiles cannot be accepted.

Safety review

For baby products and load-bearing uses, cleanliness, strength, and load safety come first.

Photos are preliminary

Photo guidance is preliminary. If inspection reveals wear or additional work, we consult you before making.

What can continue

Even when the entire textile cannot be used, rings, distinctive parts, or remnants may continue in the next piece.

CONSULTATION

Begin by sending photos of the textile

You do not need to know what it can become. We review the material and your wishes, then propose a realistic form.
