MATERIAL
Begin by understanding the material.
We study color, weave, texture, wear, and the individuality of the cloth. Rather than making everything uniform, we preserve the character worth keeping.
MEMORY
Memory becomes part of the material.
Objects carry memories of the people and lives around them. Even when the form changes, we do not leave that background behind.
NEXT LIFE
A form suited to the life ahead.
Making something new is not the only answer. We consider the role an existing material can take in its next chapter.
